What started as a 5k daily step count goal went to 7500, then 10k, 15k and I'm now at a daily goal of 18k steps. While I always enjoyed walking, especially outside, it wasn't until getting diagnosed with adrenal pcos in 2022 that I put a focus on walking as my workout vs heavy lifting high intensity cardio.
