Remember when I worked on this Xbox One Dev Kit (XDK) and released the magic smoke? 😅 This was the first (and only) XDK I've ever worked on and seeing the differences between the developer version and the retail console was fascinating. I still have mixed feelings about how this repair turned out but it was a good learning experience. Have any of you ever worked on something rare like this and had it go sideways?
