2011 BMW 520i – High Compression N20 Came in “Stage 1” pre-tuned. Boost was peaking at 1.8 bar (too aggressive for this setup), throttle was closing, and AFR was sitting at Lambda 0.6 at redline. Way too rich. Power wasn’t clean and the calibration didn’t make sense for the hardware. We stripped it back and did it properly. Mods installed: – RPM Catless Downpipe with Heatshield – Upgraded Intercooler – Dinan Ignition Coils – XHP Stage 3 Transmission Tune – RPM Custom Stage 2 (Low Boost – RON95)
