A #LasVegas resident started a petition to change the frequency of RTC bus stops on Route 209 near downtown. "Most of the buses have a morning schedule that stops every 15 minutes but this particular bus runs once an hour," Ted Lewis, the resident who began the petition. Lewis said he has lived near Owens Avenue for over a decade and takes the route several times a week. He said after getting double knee replacement surgery, he's had to rely on RTC to get him to and from his doctor's appointment
