Boundaries are how I keep my heart open to loving others. When someone's actions hurt us, we naturally find ways to protect ourselves. The healthiest way to do that is by setting appropriate boundaries. Without them, we often resort to unhealthy behaviors for self-protection. I want to keep my heart soft and kind as I navigate the complexities of relationships.
