A sprawling, late-season winter storm is set to deliver a crippling blow to Michigan's Upper Peninsula and the northern Lower Peninsula starting Saturday night.
According to the National Weather Service, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 5 pm Monday until 2 am Tuesday for Warren County. Forecasters say between one and four inches of snow are possible,
Drastic weather changes over the next few days are possible according to NWS. High winds, rain, thunderstorms and snow are all in the current forecast.
Since this morning, snow totals around the state have ticket up slightly, with Boston now predicted to see 20 inches of heavy snow. A blizzard warning was expanded from the coast, inland now covering Central Massachusetts as well as Hampden and parts of Hampshire county.
Both the Monday morning and evening commutes could be impacted by snow along U.S. 131 and Int. 198 and Int. 96.
