DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS. THE NEBRASKA URBAN INDIAN HEALTH COALITION HOSTED A ROUND DANCE AT GENE LEAHY MALL THIS EVENING. THAT DANCE IS MEANT TO RAISE AWARENESS OF MISSING AND MURDERED INDIGENOUS WOMEN.

The first Round Dance event held in the Mankato area was a mix of competition, Native American cultural education, food, vendors and a lot of fun with Native American dancing, drumming and singing.

Square and round dancers from across the Okanagan Valley will converge to Vernon on Saturday, March 14 for an afternoon of dancing fun.
