Decatur police said Thursday the man suspected of shooting someone in the library has ben taken into custody.

Officials say that, out of an abundance of caution, the Decatur Library will remain closed through Feb. 9.

The Decatur library will remain closed as police search for a suspect they say shot a man inside the library on Monday.

When officers arrived, they found a man inside the building suffering from a gunshot wound.
