3 hospitalized after box truck, car crash on I-90 in Albany
New York State Police are investigating a crash involving a box truck and a passenger vehicle on I-90 eastbound in Albany.
Police say an 83-year-old woman from Montauk was driving a sedan westbound on Sunrise Highway when she hit the box truck.
