A wildland fire burning in the Heil Valley Ranch area of Boulder County has forced the closure of Heil Valley Ranch, deputies with the county’s sheriff’s office said Wednesday.
The fire, about 30 by 30 feet, is burning in the CalWood Fire burn scar near Heil Valley Ranch as crews evacuate the park and trailhead.
